DNA Case Consultation
Independent review (in-person or remotely) of entire forensic DNA casefile from government or private laboratories. The goal is to confirm findings, identify errors, develop a resampling strategy if warranted, interpret findings under alternative scenarios and prepare for court.
SERVICES
DNA Testing
The file review process often identifies untested samples (or samples needing retesting) that would assist the trier of fact. In such cases, DNA testing services are available by a Standards Council of Canada (SCC) Accredited Forensic DNA Laboratory in Burnaby, British Columbia Canada.
Court Preparation and Testimony
Following a casefile review, DNA testing (if needed) and report, expert cross-examination preparation and/or testimony can be provided as needed.
